Donations are voluntary and are generally not refundable once made.
Donations to QS Foundation
We will refund a donation made to QS Foundation if:
- the same donation was paid more than once by mistake,
- an incorrect amount was paid due to a technical error, or
- the payment was made fraudulently from your account.
How to request a refund
Email admin@sadaqahsupport.com within 7 days of the donation with your name, date, amount and UPI or bank transaction reference (UTR). Approved refunds are returned to the account the payment came from, usually within 7 to 10 working days.
Donations to partner trusts
Donations paid directly to a partner trust are not received or processed by us. Please contact that trust for any refund request.
