These terms apply to your use of Sadaqah Support (sadaqahsupport.com), operated by QS Foundation for Social Welfare, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. By using the website you agree to them.
Our role
We raise funds for causes run by QS Foundation, and we provide a platform where verified registered charitable trusts can list their own causes. For partner trusts, donations are paid directly by donors to the trust. We do not collect, hold or transfer those funds.
Donations
- All donations are voluntary.
- Donations to QS Foundation are paid directly to QS Foundation by UPI or bank transfer and used for the stated cause. Where a cause is fully funded or can no longer be carried out, funds may be used for a similar cause.
- Donations to partner trusts are a matter between the donor and the trust. Please check the trust’s details before paying.
Reporting and tracking donations
- After paying a trust, you may report the payment on the cause page so the trust can confirm it. You must give true information and a real UPI or bank reference number.
- A trust confirms a donation only after checking its own bank or UPI statement. Only confirmed amounts count towards a cause’s progress.
- To prevent misuse, the number of reports per day is limited. Reports from details that trusts repeatedly mark as not received may be held for verification or blocked. Reports marked as fake may lead to immediate blocking.
- Reports the trust has not answered within a set period are closed automatically.
Partner trusts
- Only registered charitable trusts may register. Each trust must provide true, current documents and keep its details up to date.
- Each trust is responsible for the accuracy of its information, for using donations for the stated purpose, for confirming donation reports honestly, and for issuing its own receipts.
- We verify documents before listing, but we cannot guarantee how any partner trust uses funds. We may refuse, suspend or remove any trust or cause at any time.
Accounts
Donors may use the website without an account. If you create an account, by password, email code or Google sign-in, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may suspend accounts that misuse the website or give false information.
Acceptable use
You must not submit false or misleading reports, impersonate another person or trust, upload harmful files, or try to disrupt the website.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the acts of partner trusts, banks, payment apps or other service providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
